  1. 1 Onboard fault detection (fixed rules, no AI) flags the problem and wakes the ground agent. Nobody is on console.
  2. 2 The agent (NVIDIA Nemotron on Nebius) reads the telemetry, then this vehicle's build record: tests, defects and how each was signed off for flight.
  3. 3 It proposes an action. A deterministic policy, not the model, decides whether it runs now, waits for an operator, or is refused.
